By clicking on the “Register” button you are confirming that you have read these rules and Terms and Conditions and you agree to abide by them. In order to gain access to certain content and features, you may be required to become a registered user. (WIP), or the third party users of the site and may be protected by copyright, trademarks, service marks, patents or other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify or display any of these materials without the prior written consent of the respective owner in each instance.

USER SUBMISSIONS

You acknowledge that you are responsible for any submissions provided through your user name, and you, not WIP, has full responsibility for such submissions, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright.

WIP does not moderate submissions before they are posted on the Site but retains the right to delete, move, edit, update or otherwise alter submissions in any way, at our discretion and without notice.

Any content on the Site is viewed and used by you at your own risk. WIP does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any of the information posted to the Site. All messages posted at this site express the views of the author, and do not necessarily reflect the views of WIP and administrators of this site.

By posting your submission on the Site, you grant WIP a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, world-wide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute and display any content you submit in any format. If you do not want to grant us these rights, please do not submit your content to us.

By submitting User Content to the Site you represent and warrant that:

(a) you will not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, abusive, libellous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise unfit for publication or that encourages to any illegal activity, criminal offence or civil liability;

(b) you will not submit content that contains a virus, Trojan horse, "sniffer" routines, backdoors, “robots”, “spiders”, worms, time bombs, bots, or any other harmful software code, file, program or programming routine, or other contaminating or destructive features;

(c) you will not submit any advertisements or solicitations of business;

(d) you will not submit any content that infringes any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other proprietary intellectual property rights of others; and

(e) you will not submit any unauthorized or unsolicited bulk e-mail solicitations, "junk mail", "spam", or any other solicitations or communications to us or other users of the Site, or use or collect other users’ e-mail addresses or other users’ information or postings, or use the Site to perform any data collection, extraction or mining or gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or any Site’ visitor’s computer system.

PRIVACY POLICY

Unless otherwise stated in this Site any non-personal information or material submitted by you to the Site will be deemed not to be confidential. By submitting such non-personal information or materials, you grant WIP an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information and you agree that WIP is free to use any ideas or concepts for any purpose.

Within the Site, we gather information through registration forms, user content submission forms and others. We may ask for information such as name, company name, address, phone number, email address, company information and website address. Users may opt out of providing any information by leaving those fields blank.

Only your username and user submitted content are viewable to users through the site. All personal contact information remains private at all times.

We will occasionally use your personal contact information to send out newsletters, surveys, and updates on the Site.

WIP collects information on what pages are accessed or visited by you, as well as information volunteered by you, such as survey information and/or site registrations. WIP uses this information for internal review, in order to improve the content of the Site and to notify you about updates to the Site.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide site on our behalf. In this situation, we will only provide such companies with the information they need to provide the service. They will be prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
